For every new candidate that you refer to NEXTEP (that NEXTEP is not already working with or has worked with), you could be entitled to $1000 after 3 months on the job, and an additional $1000 on their one year anniversary!**

Under this new program, friends* who refer a candidate who NEXTEP successfully places in a consulting, option-to-hire or permanent position are eligible to receive this cash reward. We do not limit the number of referrals and will confirm with you after you submit each referral whether the candidate is accepted. In fact, for every fifth successfully placed candidate you refer you could be entitled to an additional $1000 on their first anniversary!
